Soil-meteorological dataset collected at Frasne peatland (192ha, Jura Mountains, France)

Résumé

Data of meteorological and soil physics measured on Frasne peatland in two stations (frn/bm1 and frn/bm2). Measurements start on 06-11-2008 and are regularly updated with new data. The measured parameters are: Air temperature (°C), Air pressure (mbar), Precipitation (mm), Relative humidity (%), ShortWave/LongWave outgoing/incoming radiation (W/m2), Photosynthetic photon flux density incoming (μmol/m2/s), Wind direction (°), Wind speed (m/s), Soil temperature (°C), Soil water content (%), Soil heat flux (W/m2), and Water table depth (m).

Zip file contain :

  • metadata file (TOUR_en.json) which describe stations, sensors, variables and process
  • csv file contain time series data for all variables by station

Additional information on the measurement can be found in this website : https://data-snot.cnrs.fr/data-access/
